Brownie

Big news in the valley last night ~ A fox pup fell into our window well and couldn't get out. Charlie and Josh named him (who turned out to be a her) "Brownie" and were very concerned that "he was scared without his mommy and daddy."

We placed a bowl of water and some polska kielbasa in the window well in case Brownie was hungry or thirsty. Ranger Ernie was called and made a late night stop at our home to rescue the pup, who was taken to the vet for a short physical. She was fine, and released back into the cul-de-sac to find her foxy family.
